Pistol Mounted Optics (DOT)

Course Description:

During this course students will gain a basic understanding of the pistol mounted optic (PMO) or "Red Dot". Students will discover the benefits of shooting with a PMO such as increased accuracy and speed. Operators360 endeavors to make each experience educational, rewarding and fun. 

During the course students will learn:

• Basic PMO maintenance 
• Draw and presentation
• Skills to locate the DOT quickly and consistently
• Reloading with a PMO
• Overcoming failures, obstructions or inoperable damage 

Required Equipment:

• PMO equipped pistol 
• 400 rounds of ammo
• Holster that will accommodate weapon system 
• Eye protection 
• Hearing protection
• PMO equipment manual
