Our Mission
Operators360 was founded by Donald “D.J.” Folley, a 25+ year law enforcement veteran, former SWAT tactical commander, and experienced training instructor. After recognizing the need for more advanced training for first responders, D.J. developed specialized programs that quickly earned a reputation for their effectiveness. That success led to the creation of Operators360, expanding professional-grade training to civilians, organizations, and public safety agencies.
Today, Operators360 specializes in civilian firearms and personal safety training, while also providing advanced instruction for first responders and consulting services for organizations seeking to strengthen safety, preparedness, and operational effectiveness.
Our experienced instructor cadre is committed to delivering practical, realistic training that builds confidence, sharpens decision-making, and prepares individuals and teams to perform when it matters most.
