Case Preparation and Courtroom Demeanor for Law Enforcement

This 8-hour course prepares law enforcement officers to effectively present investigative work and testify in court with professionalism and confidence. Topics include organizing case files, writing clear and comprehensive reports, understanding courtroom procedures, and delivering credible, articulate testimony. Participants will also learn how to handle cross-examination and maintain composure under pressure. Through mock trial exercises and practical guidance, officers will develop the skills needed to support successful prosecutions and uphold their credibility on the witness stand.
