Michael Nichols
Instructor
In 1995 Mike enlisted in the United States Air Force. After serving his country the son of a Houston Police Officer and the grandson of a Harris County Sheriff’s Office Captain, began career law enforcement by becoming a municipal police officer in 1999. In 2001 Mike began his employment as deputy sheriff where he currently serves. As deputy sheriff Mike has assumed the role of Field Training Officer and Crime Scene Investigator.
He has over 1000 hours of relevant training hours and is a certified Sig Sauer armor. Mike also holds instructor certifications in the following:
- Firearms Instructor
- Active Shooter/Active Threat

He is currently assigned to his agency's training division where is acting rangemaster. Mike is responsible for the training and certification of his agency's members as well as law enforcement officers from surrounding jurisdictions.
Mike is a humble and patient instructor, for those reasons he was heavily recruited by Operators360. We look forward to a future with Michael Nichols as part of our instructor cadre.
