Dynamic Incidents and Tactical Problem Solving for Correctio

This 2-day course is designed for correctional personnel to develop the skills necessary for safe and effective cell extractions and resolving tactical challenges within a correctional environment. Through a combination of classroom instruction and scenario-based training, participants will learn team movement, use of force protocols, communication strategies, and de-escalation techniques. Emphasis is placed on safety, coordination, and legal considerations when handling high-risk inmates and volatile situations. This course prepares corrections staff to respond confidently and professionally to dynamic incidents.
