About Operators360
Our Mission
Operators360 was born from the expertise and vision of its founder, Donald “D.J.” Folley, a 25+ year law enforcement veteran, former SWAT commander and tenured training instructor. While serving as an instructor and supervisor, D.J. quickly recognized a significant need for additional advanced training for first responders, so he began creating advanced courses within his agency that resulted an overwhelming positive response. The success of these courses inspired him to develop comprehensive firearms training programs for civilians, as well. Currently, Operators360 offers a variety of specialized courses tailored for public safety professionals, private sector companies and private citizens. Operators360 maintains a cadre of highly qualified instructors who are passionate about teaching and bring decades of training and experience as first responders and military service members.
